The role involves hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets

Your Role:

• Oversee the entire regional sales function and performance.
• Hire, manage and mentorBusiness Development Managersand their field teams.
• Drive revenue growth through structured expansion and data-driven sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional goals.

You Are:

• A results-oriented professional with5+ years of sales leadership experience(FMCG, insurance, or retail preferred).
• Skilled inteam building, target achievement, and market development.
• Based in Kerala and fluent in English & Malayalam.
