Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional strategy for promoting working capital solutions including Cash Credit, Overdrafts, and Bills Discounting
  • Drive new client acquisition and portfolio expansion in the assigned region
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to meet revenue and asset growth targets
  • Identify market opportunities, create region-specific business plans, and ensure effective execution
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and channel partners to promote working capital products
  • Ensure credit quality and adherence to internal risk and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and disbursals
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and implement corrective actions as required
  • Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in working capital product sales and management, preferably in NBFCs or banks
  • Strong knowledge of Cash Credit, Overdrafts, and Bills Discounting structures and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results
  • Excellent client management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
