About the role
Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities -
- Drive overall sales performance and achieve budget targets across the South & West India region.
- Plan and manage both primary and secondary sales, including credit control and distributor onboarding & performance.
- Ensure Product availability across primary & secondary distribution point.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and engage directly with the F&B community to build awareness and interest.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships while developing strategies to unlock new business accounts.
- Support on the development of new product concepts aligned with emerging market and consumer trends.
- Lead and support customer engagement sessions and salon events in major Cities.
- Capture competition activities, promotions and pricing trends.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting through established Sales & Business Development MIS tools
- Achieve Sales & Budget Target for the defined Geography (Entire south & west India)
- Primary and secondary sales planning, credit control and distributor appointment/management
- Ensure Product availability across primary & secondary distribution point
- Live demonstration of the product range to F&B fraternity.
- Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts
- Support development of new product concepts in line with latest market trends for customers.
- Support & Execute customer Sessions & Salons in major Cities

- Reporting as per Sales & Business development MIS Tools.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or an MBA, with strong commercial acumen
- Minimum 12+ years work experience, with a focus on institutional B2B selling
- Selling experience in institutional segments is a must
- Prior experience managing and developing a team
- Established network and strong relationships with key decision-makers in target customer groups
- In-depth understanding of channel distribution and partner ecosystems in specified markets
- Strong presentation & customer engagement Skills
- Creative & innovative concept selling approach will be the key
- Demonstrated success in selling to institutional segments (Hotels, Bars, Cafs, QSRs, Entertainment Chains, Bakeries, Restaurants)
- Ability to spot market trends and translate them into actionable go-to-market strategies
