Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our sales operations in the assigned region. The RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and experience in the uPVC doors and windows or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Revenue & Business Growth: Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the UPVC doors and windows industry or a related construction/building materials sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
