Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Healthcare (F&B) customers across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Western India.
- Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new healthcare customers in the assigned regions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Drive marketing campaigns, product promotions, and enhance brand visibility in the healthcare segment.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt strategies proactively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- 1015 years in Healthcare Engineering / Pharma Equipment Industry with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Track Record:
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large territories effectively.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
- Mobility:
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
