Regional Sales Managers
across different territories, who are generally responsible for managing regional sales, team leadership, and business development within the tiles and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and manage a strong dealer/distributor network and provide them with training and support.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants, to ensure product specification.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, handle, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and use data to inform decision-making and forecasting.
- Operations: Manage budgets, monitor collections, ensure timely payments, and handle B2B/B2C sales as required by the region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Typically requires significant sales experience (often 15+ years), with several years in a sales management or regional manager role, preferably within the tiles or ceramic related industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is generally required, with an MBA in Marketing or Business Administration often preferred.
- Skills: Essential skills include sales management, business development, market research/planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, and proficiency in using sales management software (CRM).
