We are thrilled to announce that we are currently hiring for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the Distribution Segment. This role will be based in Pune , with potential coverage in Goa, Gujarat and Hyderabad.
**Position Details: **

- Amphenol / Souriau / Rotary / IIT Cannon / Lemo.
- Passive Lines like Gowanda / Wurth / Coil craft / Vishay INC / Isabellen / Exxelia / VPG
**Key Responsibilities: **
- develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company objectives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance
- Search for new clients and maximize client potential in designated regions.
- Coordination with team members in sales for their visit planning to customers / finding new opportunities in the West Market.
- Coordination with FAE team for new business opportunities / Project Registration with suppliers / Samples support to customers / also to keep track for Prototype development for given samples and its mass production dates.
- Help team members for Funnel generation on forecast orders also needs to achieve given targets based on quarterly results.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Arrange visits along with the supplier team at Client Sites for product promotion. Also prepared the NBO report and Funnel and PPT for review meeting .
- Provide the weekly visit report for his and his team members for review.
- Keep track for project booking and billing details.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
- Guide to ISR team for client quotations, administer client accounts, and provide pre-sales technical and commercial assistance.
- Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports, and meet sales targets.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and making technical presentations.
- Assist in the design of custom-made products and provide training to sales team members.
- Take charge of the sales target for the West region.
Skill Set Required
- Analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience.
- Excellent organizational and negotiating abilities.
- Experience in product marketing.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Communications/Instrumentation Engineering/Mechanical/MBA/BBA.
