Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Salem. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in their assigned region, set targets for the sales team, and plan strategic initiatives to meet sales goals. The role involves regularly visiting distributors, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales team members to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving regional sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement regional growth initiatives
- Basic knowledge of the jewelry industry or luxury retail market is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region and exceptional organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
