Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and achieve business targets and profitability goals for the branch
• Lead and manage all operational aspects of the branch, including administration, customer service, sales, and compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch with a focus on productivity and service excellence
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective relationship management and service delivery
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance targets
• Prepare and review performance reports to track branch progress and identify improvement areas
