Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, generating leads, and product specifications, creating a healthy opportunity pipeline for the respective region, and ensuring timely sales conversion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks and challenges.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demonstrations to educate and engage potential architects, end customers, converters, and key accounts.
  • Work closely with converters, installers, applicators, and create a pool of authorized, loyal customers for the organization.
  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets, ensuring profitability and increased business share as per company's objectives and expectations of growth MOM/YOY.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement in the region, and regularly report on customer visits, sales output, and share gain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
