Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new and manage existing sub-broker, franchise, IFA, and channel partners.
Guide and support partners to scale their operations, ensure retention, and drive transactions.
Identify new clients and growth opportunities through initiatives, events, and activities.
Provide key market and competition insights to business, product, and senior management teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze sales metrics to identify business growth potential and recommend expansion plans for hubs and spokes.
Organize events and activities to generate leads for partner acquisition.
Ensure team alignment and performance toward achieving sales targets.
