KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets individually and through your team.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities across automotive & commercial sectors.
- Promote OEM-approved lubricants from a major PSU oil company.
- Acquire new customers and develop strong strategic partnerships.
- Track secondary sales and take corrective action to meet targets.
- Build and manage distributor networks to strengthen market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and upselling of premium lubricants.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and strategic planning.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and plan market visits for expansion.

- Proven success in B2B & Channel Sales within Oil, Lubricants, or Automotive industries.
- Strong leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
