Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities across the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, commercial guidance, and data-driven recommendations that support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance reviews to drive profitability, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business results.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership.
- Maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance while managing audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Champion finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, automation projects, and process standardisation efforts to improve efficiency and support regional growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Regional Exposure (SEA)
