we are hiring a Regional Business Head / Sales Manager to lead our Noida operations. This role is pivotal in driving regional revenue, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational alignment with Microsoft's standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep sales expertise, operational rigor, and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

  • Drive regional revenue and pipeline aligned with Microsoft GTM strategies
  • Lead enterprise and mid-market sales efforts with a focus on solution selling
  • Manage strategic deals and build long-term client relationships

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and manage a high-performing sales and support team
  • Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

Operations & Governance

  • Oversee Noida office operations, ensuring compliance with partner policies
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT for resource planning and reporting
  • Maintain structured governance and reporting frameworks

Qualifications

Education : MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Technology

Experience : 812 years in sales leadership, preferably in Microsoft-aligned or IT services

Growth mindset, inclusive leadership, analytical thinking, executive presence
