As we scale, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-focused Reel Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing high-converting, professional healthcare reels that drive engagement while maintaining medical credibility

• Video Production & Editing: Transform raw footage, medical photos, and agency concepts into crisp, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and healthcare promotional videos.
• Content & Creative Innovation: Pitch fresh reel concepts, trending formats, and visual hooks daily to keep healthcare brands modern, relatable, and compliant with medical advertising standards.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., automated captions, AI voiceovers, prompt-based stock generation, script formatting, and automated re-framing) to increase output speed without sacrificing quality.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and account managers to turn health tips, patient stories, and medical marketing campaigns into effective reels.
• Proactive Ideas: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce new video hooks, content formats, and creative direction for our growing client base.
• Quality & Timeliness: Ensure high visual rendering quality, color correction, clean audio balance, and prompt delivery according to daily publishing schedules.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in video editing
• Education: Minimum Graduate
• Software Mastery: Hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and proficiency with AI Video Generation Prompts & Tools and dynamic content integration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, quick adaptability to feedback, strong sense of responsibility, and punctuality.
