The Leaders Hive is looking for a passionate Recruitment Associate / Specialist to join our team. If you love connecting talent with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced startup ecosystem, we'd love to meet you!

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Work closely with incubators and accelerators to fulfill their hiring needs.

• Build strong candidate pipelines for niche roles.

• Partner with clients to understand requirements and deliver quality talent.

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem is an added advantage.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator.

Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid
