Job Description

Daily KRA
Handling 360 degree recruitment cycle for various live roles and positions of India.
Applicant will be responsible to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as per client needs.
You must be open to prepare recruitment support materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media & etc.
Applicant must have skills in design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Source and recruit candidates by using ATS, databases, job board, LinkedIn, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications for phone interview.
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes through different modes of screening & interviewing & conduct daily pre-screening interview call through VC and assessing them for fitment of role.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Daily KRA includes to help clients in Onboarding of a new employees in order to become fully integrated.
We expect applicant with good knowledge of Boolean strings and Keyword searches as a mandatory skills.
Vendor relationship with active vendors database is preferred.
Recruiter must have skills to negotiate and convincing power to get the target achieved.
Provide daily / weekly analytical data and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
The Job comes with 6 days working (9:30 AM to 7 PM; M-S)
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must have fluent communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal communications in English & Hindi
Active LinkedIn profile with 2000+ connections is a must with previous recruiting experience in NON-IT Bulk hires.
The job is just not limited to the general task and might require extra efforts with extended workings
0.6 Months to 3 Years of hands on experience is required. (Recruitment Trainee & Interns will fly)
Age limit up to 27 Years (Unmarried candidates only)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Graduation in Human Resources Management or MBA- HR is preferred
Candidate should be comfortable to work in extensive pressure with multi-tasking attitude.
Laptop with stable Wi-Fi connection is required, under BYOD policy.
