Role Summary
We are seeking a
Recruitment Specialist & HR Partner to join our team. This unique role combines expertise in full-cycle recruitment with the responsibilities of an HR partner, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients from sourcing to long-term engagement. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll drive our candidate pipeline, maintain quality standards, and manage swift placements with clients. In the HR Partner role, you'll provide post-onboarding support, handling payroll, replacements, and ongoing HR needs, while creating company policies and workflows that enhance the experience and productivity of our assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities
- Source, Screen, and Qualify Candidates: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, filtering, interviewing, and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Build and Maintain Candidate Hotlists: Organize and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates ready for immediate client placements.
- Client and Candidate Communication: Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, presenting role requirements and ensuring a smooth match.
- Draft Job Descriptions: Collaborate with clients to create and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Coordinate and Conduct Interviews: Conduct initial candidate interviews, present client expectations, and assess compatibility.
- Offer Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare job offer letters and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding, including preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling training sessions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
HR Partner Responsibilities
- Post-Onboarding Support: Manage all HR functions post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and a supportive work environment.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments for assistants.
- Replacement Management: Handle replacements as needed, coordinating with clients and candidates to provide continuity of service.
- Policy and Manual Development: Draft and refine company policies, manuals, and workflows related to the daily operations of assistants, ensuring consistency and clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Leave and Benefits Management: Establish guidelines for leave and benefits that align with company standards and support work-life balance for assistants.
- Performance and Support Check-ins: Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction and productivity among assistants and proactively address any client or candidate needs.
- HR Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough records of assistant work agreements, HR communications, and any compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment and HR support targets.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Professionalism and Confidentiality: High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support both candidates and clients.
