Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising Hiring Managers on talent
and hiring.
  • Understand RPO, BFSI skill sets and the tools to find them (e.g., Boolean search techniques,
applicant tracking systems, etc.
  • Review the job description, understand the requirements, and accordingly execute a search
plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
  • Leading recruitment for Investment Banking vertical across level from Associate to All Level.
  • Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy to ensure business expectations are met
  • End to end resource management which includes screening, interview coordination
    selection procedure, offer negotiations, post offer documentations, offer rollout etc.
  • Worked on full life-cycle of recruitment. Supporting permanent staffing.
