GoHire Technologies is looking for an experienced and driven Recruiting Manager to lead our India recruitment operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job intake to candidate onboarding.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Allocate requirements, monitor recruiter performance, and ensure timely closures.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and hires.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a team lead or managerial role.
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple domains.
- Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience working with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience hiring across various industries and experience levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
