About the Role:
We're hiring a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles in Indore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals & internal database
- Screen profiles for tech skills: Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipeline for niche IT roles
- Meet TAT and closure targets
Requirements:
- Min 1 year in IT/Niche tech hiring
- Strong understanding of IT roles & technologies
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- MBA in HR preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
