Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Placement Agencies
- Serve as the primary contact for external recruitment/placement agencies.
- Share job descriptions, hiring requirements, and timelines.
- Ensure agencies provide relevant and qualified profiles based on requirement.
- Track submissions, follow up regularly, and maintain quality of profiles received.
2. Campus Hiring & Coordination
- Identify and build partnerships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, including scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate hiring needs, job profiles, and selection processes to campus authorities.
- Ensure smooth execution of campus interviews, assessments, and pre-placement talks.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Review and screen resumes from agencies, campus pools, and internal sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates communication skills, academic background, experience, and cultural fit.
- Document feedback and maintain an updated candidate database.
4. Interview Panel Coordination
- Schedule candidate interviews with internal hiring managers and interview panel.
- Share candidate details, screening notes, and interview schedules.
- Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback.
- Communicate updates to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
5. Recruitment Administration
- Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of candidates at each stage of the hiring process.
- Assist in offer discussions, onboarding coordination, and documentation when required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and screening techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Professional communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (campus hiring or agency coordination preferred).
