Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting with hiring processes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting the recruitment team. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and helping streamline the hiring process. The intern will also assist in training new recruits and maintaining candidate databases.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
- Skills in Interviewing and Communication
- Ability to assist in Training new recruits
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
