Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter / Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, conduct field recruitment activities, and ensure timely closures for various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Field visits, references, and other channels.
- Conduct field recruitment drives at colleges, institutes, and other locations in and around Navi Mumbai.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment status.
- Build relationships with local institutes, training centers, and networks to support bulk hiring.
- Ensure hiring targets and deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (field recruitment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai for recruitment activities.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic MS Office and reporting skills.

Salary - Target Based
If you are able to achieve the minimum target, your salary will be 25,000 per month.
Minimum 5 joinings in a month are required.
If you achieve more than the minimum target, you will receive additional incentives.
