Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across technology and executive mandates, partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality hires in record time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements.
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
- Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.
Requirements
- 26 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech and executive search domains.
- Strong understanding of technology roles (software engineering, data science, product, etc.) and leadership hiring.
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A blend of analytical mindset and people intuitionbalancing AI insights with human judgment.
