Responsibility
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
- Sourcing & Screening candidates that match the desired skills brief them on the opportunities offered by clients.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Coordinating with clients regarding opening.
- Communicate with candidates, data tracking, data analysis and draw inferences in order to make changes in the hiring strategy.
