We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify the right talent for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates suitability and cultural fit.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms while ensuring role clarity.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Follow up on offer letters, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Support employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and offline activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first approach.
