Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify the right talent for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates suitability and cultural fit.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms while ensuring role clarity.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Follow up on offer letters, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and offline activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first approach.
