. Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company's manpower acquisition plan and ensuring Corporate objectives are met

. Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities

. Review and draft job placement advertisement

. Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement

. Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics

. Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system

. Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees turnover to identify action plan for improvement
