We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-first HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a skilled multitasker who can handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism. This role is crucial for both attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure our employees thrive.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and identify qualified talent for a variety of roles, including creative, strategy, media, and account management positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing strategies and digital channels.
- Review, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track all recruitment activities.
HR Operations & Business Support (30%)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with the performance review cycle, providing administrative support and helping to track key milestones.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles.
- Adept and comfortable working through frequent changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
