Position-Recruiter-Fresher

Location: Sector 51,Gurugram

Working-5 Days (Sat-Sun-Fixed off)

Experience: Freshers OR Internship into Recruitment will work

Qualification: Graduation Degree Or MBA Freshers

Salary: As per market standard

Note- Candidates Preferably from Jaipur Location-open to relocate to Gurugram.

Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates through Job portals, references, and LinkedIn.

* Strong experience in screening potential candidates and coordinating with the HR manager to meet the requisite standards of recruitment expectations.

* Scheduling interviews after pre-qualifying the candidates.

* Abide to the delivery within the TAT.

* Team player with a focus on sharing industry best practices with team members.

* Excellent /Good verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.

* Should have good knowledge of the different technological/ functions skills.

* Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process
