Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Kolkata. The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also engage in performance management activities and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and building relationships with hiring managers
• Knowledge of HR policy development, compliance, and performance management
• Familiarity with employee training and development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
