Reconciliation Developer / Senior Reconciliation Developer
Experience: 2–12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, SmartStream TLM, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC.
- Strong understanding of Reconciliation Domain Concepts, including various vanilla reconciliations, Break Management, and Exception Management.
- Experience in Reconciliation Development, preferably with IMatch.
- Strong SQL development skills with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including:
- Complex Queries and Joins
- DDL/DML
- Stored Procedures
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Control-M.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, code packaging, and release management.
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
- Work independently across the complete delivery lifecycle with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with business, operations, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and system stability.
