We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage scheduling and appointments for office staff
- Maintain and organize front desk area and office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure a high level of customer service to all guests and clients
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
