Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing and data entry.
  • Provide information about the organization and its services to visitors and callers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
