Responsibilities And Duties
- Fresher Only
- With Excellent Communication skills
- Attending incoming and making outgoing calls to patients to handle the appointment from them.
- Receiving the patients at the clinic in a polite and pleasant way.
- Ensuring that the patients meet the doctor as per the appointment schedule order.
- Making the appointment schedule of patients on a daily basis and typing them into the tab or computer.
- Handling the swipe machine or cash at the reception.
