Job Description

Job responsibilities.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications.
Work with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions.
Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL).
Ensure operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes.
Promote a culture of quality documentation and knowledge sharing.
Architect and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence.

Skills

Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript.
Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL preferred).
Good understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture.
Knowledge of application security practices; experience with SAST tools (SonarQube, Snyk) and DAST tools (Checkmarx, etc.) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture is a plus.
