Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Specialist based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage property listings, identify client needs, and guide them through the buying and renting process for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals to ensure favorable outcomes for customers. The role requires staying updated on market trends, maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Sales expertise to negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus
