Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, facilitating documentation, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. The role also involves developing real estate projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions (Minimum 1 year)
• Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Sales skills to drive property sales and rentals
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
