Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and investors to promote premium villa projects across India.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct virtual and on-site property presentations, coordinate client visits, and provide exceptional service.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners in the luxury segment.
- Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and investment opportunities in the premium real estate market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury or villa segment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Knowledge of premium real estate markets in cities such as Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online real estate platforms.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and site visits.
