Job Title: Sales & Client Relationship Executive

Our client Homework Design Studio, creates deeply personal homes through design, renovation, styling, and execution. We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and highly driven Sales & Client Relationship Executive who can help expand our client base while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads and actively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals, site visits, partnerships, and outreach.
* Represent Homework Design Studio professionally during meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
* Understand client requirements and communicate Homework's services effectively.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Founder and Principal Designer.
* Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
* Prepare, share, and coordinate contracts, proposals, quotations, and related documentation with clients.
* Liaise internally with design, execution, and operations teams to ensure project commitments and contractual obligations are being adhered to.
* Maintain records of inquiries, meetings, follow-ups, and sales progress.
* Assist in ensuring timelines, communication, and client expectations are managed smoothly.
* Support the founder with scheduling, coordination, and business development activities when required.
Skills & Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
* Organized and detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
* Comfortable interacting with high-end residential clients.
* Prior experience in sales, business development, luxury services, interiors, architecture, or real estate is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp/email communication.
* Self-motivated, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations.
