Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Real Estate Sales / Business Development position. The role involves daily tasks such as managing property listings, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales transactions. The responsibilities will also include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting market research to identify business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with the real estate team and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices
• Experience in Sales and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Mohali district is a plus
