Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales Associate. The responsibilities include supporting clients throughout their real estate journey, identifying potential properties based on client requirements, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and providing personalized advice to buyers and investors. The role also involves collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and staying up-to-date on market trends to ensure the delivery of reliable advice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Experience in Customer Service and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Real Estate License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
