Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. The day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Customer Service
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Knowledge of Real Property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is advantageous
