This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as property management, lease administration, lease negotiations, and managing real estate transactions. The professional will also oversee commercial real estate investments, ensuring effective and efficient operations to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience in managing Leases and handling Real Estate transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus
