About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Architect cum Interior Designer to join our growing real estate development team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing both architectural and interior design elements of residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and interior layouts for real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings aligned with design and budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local norms.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and maintain quality standards.
- Provide innovative space planning and design solutions to enhance functionality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for client presentations and project showcases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field).
- 24 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in real estate interior & architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, textures, and color schemes.
- Understanding of construction processes, BOQs, and site execution.
- Excellent visualization, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
