Job Description

As a React + Shopify/Hydrogen Developer at Mindbowser, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging user interfaces using React and integrating them seamlessly with Shopify or Shopify Hydrogen. Your proficiency with these technologies, coupled with great communication skills, will be essential to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain React-based e-commerce websites integrated with Shopify/Hydrogen.
  • Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
  • Customize and extend Shopify/Hydrogen themes and functionalities to meet client requirements.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure it adheres to best practices in terms of speed and SEO.
  • Debug and resolve issues efficiently, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on React.
  • Proven experience in building and customizing Shopify/Hydrogen projects.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and UX/UI principles is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on React.
  • Proven experience in building and customizing Shopify/Hydrogen projects.
