Affluent Business offers a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with seamless touch-points

Candidate will be responsible for preparing & publishing various analysis reports in order to plan, evaluate and strategize business objectives / milestones along with the KRAs

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse & Publish Dashboards & various important Matrix / Reports to Stakeholders
  • Preparing of Dashboards for Top Management with YoY Nos at one Glance
  • Incentive Payout calculation & Incentive Support for India NRIRMs
  • Responsible for Segment Inward Remittance Fee Budget
  • Responsible for Segment Inward Remittance Volume Budget
  • Segment Management (Performance monitoring ) for FY22
  • % of RM meeting Incentive Productivity
  • % of NRI RMs achieving RFR Fee Budget
  • % of RMs achieving Inward Volume Budget
  • Initiatives on driving ETB MDAB
  • Coordination with support teams such as BIU, IT, ABR, and Finacle for analytics based reporting and MIS for the NRI business.
  • Performs all other duties as required.


Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduate / Post Graduate with 3 years of experience in Channel & Sales support function with good analytical & MIS skills.

Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff

Operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to develop training and methodology programs that are unique to the organizations goals

Ability to problem-solve with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.

Eye for details, meticulous and creative

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Advance knowledge of MS Excel/PPT, capability to work on data.

Analytical Skills, Communication Skills
