Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Malappuram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost process, from initial costing and BOQs to cost control and final cost reporting. This role involves cost planning, performing cost analyses, measuring and valuing works, providing monthly valuations, and handling cost reports. Ensuring project expenses align with the set budgets and updating stakeholders on financial status are key daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Strong expertise in developing and managing BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Experience in Cost Reporting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
