As a Manager - Quality, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, that is, contracting terms to delivery to sign offs.
- Develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget.
- Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Provide training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
