Job Summary
We are seeking a
senior Quality Manager & Automation Tester with deep expertise in
Selenium and Java to lead QA initiatives in the Oil & Gas domain. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts while establishing robust quality processes and ensuring compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Lead end-to-end automation testing efforts, frameworks, and strategies.
- Oversee QA processes, metrics, and compliance with internal/external quality guidelines.
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and documentation.
- Monitor QA metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enforce QA best practices.
- Manage test case management tools and reporting metrics effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Selenium automation with Java.
- Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience as a Senior Quality Manager, with knowledge of QA processes and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in defining QA strategies and creating comprehensive test plans.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automation testing for SAP projects/products.
- Knowledge of START (Simple Test Automation for Regression Tests) tool.
- Familiarity with QA metrics, reporting, and test management tools.
